Previously, evidence might have been submitted by the Provider to show the setting is not located in, attached to, adjacent to, or on the grounds of an institution and was not accepted by the Desk Review Team. The reason most likely being, was that the surrounding buildings of the setting were unable to be identified. The Desk Review Team must be able to clearly evaluate images that show what types of buildings and businesses surround the immediate area of the setting.

Evidence for self-assessment questions C1 and C2 should be a picture (preferably a google satellite image, but a traditional google image works as well) that labels both the address of the setting as well as any addresses that are adjacent to the setting (including across the street). If a Reviewer cannot tell what grounds the setting is on, it is impossible to determine validity of submitted evidence.

    2. A close-up, aerial map view of setting and surrounding area (showing what is around the setting on each block) See Image 2 (below)
    3. A zoomed-out, aerial satellite view of setting and surrounding area (showing what is around the setting on each block) See Image 3 (below)
    4. A zoomed-out, aerial map view of setting and surrounding area (showing what is around the setting on each block) See Image 4 (below)
