The provider self-assessment is the first step in the process to measure HCBS providers’ current level of compliance with the HCBS Settings Final Rule. This assessment will help verify the level of compliance with the CMS Regulatory Requirements. CMS requires that your answers be validated. You will be asked to provide documentation that supports your current level of compliance with these regulations as part of the validation process.
